Reid is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing outpatient mental health counseling to adults and teens ages 14 and up. Reid has over five years of experience in the mental health field in both in-patient and outpatient roles. He is trained in Exposure Response Prevention from NOCD to assist adults with OCD and Gottman Level 1 to assist couples. Reid earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at South Dakota State University in 2023.

Reid works with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, trauma, as well as couples seeking support with connection, communication, and understanding. He has a particular interest in supporting new and experienced dads and parents adjusting to the challenges of parenthood, shifting family roles, and relationship changes. Reid also helps those who experience anxiety related to finances and budgeting.

Reid offers a calm, consistent, and nonjudgmental space where each person is supported and understood. His collaborative approach draws from motivational interviewing, existential, and reality therapies, which are grounded in each individual’s autonomy and values. Reid works to help individuals build awareness of choices and live with greater intention. Reid believes that people are the experts in their own experiences and therefore works as an empathetic, unbiased partner as they move toward meaningful change.
