Gary is a licensed professional counselor who offer outpatient mental health support for individuals, couples, and families who are struggling in their daily life. Gary has experience working with clients of various backgrounds and in differing types of environments such as schools, home based, and community settings.
Gary works with adults and adolescents who are struggling with various mental health issues including: anxiety, depression, grief and loss adolescent/teenage issues, PTSD, multicultural issues, life transitions, infidelity, couples and family communication issues, insomnia, and spirituality issues. Gary uses a person-centered and non-judgmental approach to create a safe environment for clients.
Gary’s approach to therapy focuses on the needs of the clients and he utilizes different forms of therapy including: cognitive behavioral, person centered, psychodynamic, existential, structural and strategic family therapy. Gary is also trained in utilizing emotionally focused therapy to assist couples. Gary’s passion for helping people allows him to use his experience and tools to assist people by walking alongside of them on their journey of life.
